Cloning Tanks

Hi my 200l was set up 2 days ago I used the sponge out of my established tank.

I added the right amount of ammonia tested last night and readings are A=0 N=0 N=5 so has the cloning worked and is my tank ok because it has converted in 12 hours?

yup sounds it

best to keep adding ammonia for a few days though to be on the safe side
