Why is it so cloudy? You should really try and get to the bottom of that.

And why no substrate or plants?

I second the query on why your water is cloudy.

First thing springs to mind is this a bacterial bloom?

Have you just recently set up this tank hence why there is no substrate and plants?

No its a bare bottom tank with some plastic plants im just focusing on that one corner

How did you clean the tank ? Did you was the tank out with fairy liquid or something? Which would made the water and glass cloudy ? Is it plastic or glass ?

The bacterial bloom has gone...

An aquarium housing fish should have a substrate of sand or fine gravel. This is critical for the necessary bacterial activity (different bacteria from nitrifying, but they will colonize in the substrate too). Bare-bottom tanks need a lot of daily maintenance but they still are not, or should not be, a permanent thing.

Byron.
