Clear Jelly

HI, as I was doing my weekly water change today, I came across some clear looking gel stuck to the glass, about the size of a pea, just wondered what it could be, I took it out, I do have a single snail in the tank, must have been on a plant from wharf's, could it be from that??

I have had this loads of times before - I got some plants from my LFS which apparently had some hitch hiking snails on... The clear jelly was their eggs, if you see any more... Remove it before it's too late and the snail invasion starts!

Sounds like snail eggs.
A few snails in a tank can be a good thing.
As long as you don't over feed your fish, you shouldn't get a population explosion
