Clear Bubble Looking Blister On Molly Fish

Hi there, Im a new member, and am concerned about my molly fish who has these clear bubble looking pimples that are on her gills, and head area. Gill color is darkened, and gills scales are rough, and raised. water tested by me, and a professional, temp78, 6 gallon, nits=0, ph=good, ammonia=good, salt, good bacteria added , treatments in the last two weeks have been for = ich, parasite, fungus( tank buddies) Her roomates are all fine, with the exception of a platy female death of unknown causes. A very terrible discovery was made yesterday, by the way, when I was trying to figure out why this same fish had started "seizing" she would be swimming along and start this quiver and loose balance, then come out of it. Come to find out the heater in my tank was giving off electrical shocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a new heater, and a grounder, and she has not did it since!!!
Anyway, does anyone have experience with these clear looking bumps?

What is the stocking like in the tank? breeds, how many?
What kinda of filtration do you have on the tank?
Do you have aeration in the tank?
