Cleaning Tank

Very little time due to imminently leaving the house, but tank used to house gerbils, I realise the silicone needs redoing, that's fine, but what shall I clean it with ready for it being fish ready? Weak bleach solution and then overdosed dechlor?

I have heard that people use weak bleach solution to clean tanks out with. Not sure on the measurments of each though.

Weak bleach sounds good then use the dechlorinator like you said

Haha mint its not dirty, but I'm not sure it's clean enough for siliconing and then fish.

As you might know i keep posion dart frogs, noe frogs take in water/chemicals through their skin and despite how their rep is are fragile againt solvents. What im getting at i use frog friendly spray to clean their cages which i ASSUME will be perfect for fish?
