Cleaning Tank (help Needed)

Hi long time since i have been on here.

My Trigon 190l is getting very dirty despite weekly cleaning and the gravel could do with changing so I plan on cleaning the tank this weekend and adding new gravel.

I am also going to attempt removing the jewel structured background from the tank.

I have a fresh clean bin that I am going to fill with tank water and place my fish (fan tailed goldie, BN plec and 2 WCMM) in and will place the filter in there, i shjould note i do not have the jewle filter, i use an external one.

My queries are:

If I cannot get the job finished tomorrow is it ok to keep the fish in the tank water filled bin over night with the filter running?

How easy is it to remove jewel structure backgrounds that have been siliconed on?

How many gallons is the juwel tank as you have some massive waste producers there, the goldfish and plec.
You will need a heater in the bin as well.
Yes its ok to run the filter in the bin you need to keep the bacteria alive.
