Cleaning Stained Silicone on Hospital Tank

Is there a safe and easy way to clean the blue stains that get on silicone sealant from ick medication? My hospital tank is going to be empty again soon and will need to have the stains cleaned off if poosible. Would a very mild bleach solution and an old toothbrush work??

I have never heard of anyone being able to fix those stains, in alot of pictures you can see peoples silicon has been stained blue, mine is black from the facotry tho

It's really not that big of a deal. If I decide to set up a ten gallon for permanent fishies, the tank itself would be the cheap part. I can save the "stained" tank for hospital situations.

the stain does no harm to the fish, however bleach certainly would, never use bleach on an aquarium, it can wipe out an entire stock of fish...
