What is the best way to clean the siphon tubes, nets, polls, etc... that are used to clean my saltwater tank? Right now I soak them in a large tub with hot water for a few hours, is this good enough?
Thanks for your advice

For tubes I use a long bristle rod thingo (sorry, minds gone.....too little sleep! :p ) that you can buy cheap enough in a hardware store, supermarket, or $2 shop if you find a small enough diameter, nets I clean peridocally buy dipping in freshwater and leaving them out in the sun to dry. Poles? Funly enough, I have a pole I use, its called the prodding stick! LOL, and its mainly used for pesky hermits when they are found where hermits are not s'posed to be! :p That just dries in the cuboard when im finished with it! :good:

Anything else I get one of my trusty must have towels, and dry it off, and it goes back in the cuboard. Towels get washed once a week usually.

Thank you, I picked up the tube brushes today at the hardware store for $5 US, it is 3/4 inch by 48 inches. It is really long and should clean my tubes well, thanks againfor the advice.
