Clamped fins

Clamped fins aren't diseases in themsleves, but sysmptoms of diseases or stress.

The way to make them unclamp their fins is to maintain good water quality and to treat any diseases or disorders of any kind that the fish might have.

Better the water levels, add salt if no corydoras present.

Water changes are the key. As well as good biological filtration.

Ooh I see, thanks! I just recently did 50% WC and added salt, tomororw aside from the wormies i will look for a small filter

Try not too disturb the water too much. Get sponge filters so your bettas don't rip their fins fighting the current.
