i know this is a form of algae, but will amano shrimp and ottos eat it, as this may be a from of food for them if they will! just need some basic info, i have had a look and the AE website, but want more info!

No idea about otos, but I know Amano shrimp love the "moss" balls. No idea if they eat the algae itself, or if they just like sorting through the debris that gathers there.

yeah, i have 2 moss balls but was thinking of maybe getting two more and having a clump

yes, they will pick all the small micro-organisms that will collect on it too.

do you recommend me getting them? or some other type of moss ball etc
