My city sent out a notice to all residents, our water tested very high for:  TTHMs = total trihalomethanes.
The letter assures us this is not an emergency, not an immediate risk.  We don't have to use bottled water, we don't have to boil our water.

They are treating it with chlorine.

Letter states that people who drink water with high TTHMs over many years develop [detailed health issues].

(Just for completeness:  Recommended improvements to the water system include upgrades to distribution mains, a new storage tank, treatment system and transmission main. Anyone with health issues is supposed to contact their doctor).

When I do water changes, I use Seachem's Prime.  Do I need to add extra?  Anything I should do differently?

Thanks for input!
