Cichlids / Red Claw Crab Compatibility

So i finally got a bigger tank and am looking at putting some red claw crabs in my old smaller tank (a standard 1 ft tank ~10 g). I will most likly make the water low-end brackish as teh crabs like this. However my wife would also like some cichlids.

Does anyone know if there are any smaller ciclids that would be compatible with my red claw crab and would be ok in brackish water?

Any cichlids you might find for a 10g would have to be small.. While they sleep, the crabs will probably try to eat them.

I don't think you're going to find any cichlid tankmates for a crab/crabs in a 10g tank.
