The fish in my sig are in my 60G and i plan to get a BN plec and 6 more cichlids. Is there any way i can keep clown loaches with them or if i don't get these fish can i keep them then.
P.S When the morrii get big they are leaving the tank.

it all depends on what cichlids you are planning on.
Clowns don't like high pH, most cichlids do

Clown loaches will do fine with the fish you have and will adjust to the water just fine.

Clowns are sometimes kept with Mbuna and they can take care of themselves so should be no problem. The ph shouldn't be an issue unless it is above 8 and i very much doubt you can get wild caught CL's so they will have been tank-reared anyway rather than in their natural habitat where the ph is nearer 6.

I thought that MOST clown loaches were wild caught, as it takes ages for them to grow to full size, and they're difficult to breed.

Not a major point, but in the wild, their PH is close to 7.

my clown loach has done really well in with my mbuna, they dont bother with him, feeding time is a challenge with nothing much having a chance of hitting the bottom of the tank :D
