Cichlids And Community Tanks

Hey

I would like to add a cichlid into my 4ft community tank, but I was wondering what types of cichlids could be put in there that won't either outgrow the tank or harrass or kill my other fish.

The fish I have currently in the tank are:

2 angelfish
4 Gouramis
Clown loache
Bristlenose Catfish
Red & Blue Columbian

Well, first off you already have Cichlids in that tank! Angels are Cichlids. You should put the clown loaches in groups and i'm not sure what Red and Blue Colombian is...
