I am a newbee and I need help with my sick cichlid.Thanks so much!
Tank size:55 gallon
pH:8.0
ammonia:0ppm
nitrite:0ppm
nitrate:40ppm
tank temp:75 degrees
Fish Symptoms Fish has been hiding front half of his body inside a hole in the rock. Comes out if another fish comes close to his "cave" to chase them away. Now, his mouth looks inflamed & does not appear to be eating.
Volume and Frequency of water changes:Have been doing 50% water change weekly
Tank inhabitants: Have 11 other African Cichlids in tank
Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration):Added all fish at the same time, about 2 weeks ago
