Cichlid Id Supposed To Be African Blockhead.

rdp50734...

How are your Slender Lionheads (tinanti) and your Lionhead (casuarius) getting on?
Did you end up taking the casuarius back to the shop?

Any chance you could confirm which fish are in which of your three tanks shown in your sig, please?

120 lido, 3 black neons, 10 x xray tetras, 1 neon tetra, 1 blockhead, 2 x slender lionheads,, 2 x festivums, 1 brown acara, 2 x Aequidens sp. peru, 1 x gold nugget plec
200l 1 x 3" L254, 1 x 3" L183, 2 x 3" bristlenose plecs
200l 10 x 6" channa gachua, 1 rubbernose plec 3" 2x 3" flash plecos, 1 3" clown plec

7th July you wrote, "Just to let you know it went back today, I got the blockhead that I wanted, its pretty cool tbh. I also got a flag cichlid half price for my troubles!" Is this in the Lido 120 aswell? Ah, just read further and seen its another festivum, so is that 2 in total?

I don't know how I missed the above earlier in this thread, or how none of our more experienced fish keepers commented on this either... Isn't a shift around in fish desperately in order here? Due to...

Too many cichlids in a 120l tank?
Fish in the 120l that need a bigger tank than a 120l?

Need to update the sig really I'm always moving the stockings around! Except the snakeheads they stay in a 200l!
In the 120 there is the casuarius, gold nugget, 2 flags, brown acara, 9 xray tetras, 1 neon and a trio of cockatoos.
In the 200l 2 x Aequidens sp. peru, L254, 2 bristle nose plecs, 3 black neons, 2 x slender lionheads

When the flags and brown acara get bigger there will be a move around again! If I still have the stock, as I trade quite often!
