Any idea what this little critter is?

It's about an 2 inch long. Eats small fish.

Looks like a young festae to me What kind of tank do you have? This is a large growing mean fish!!

That's what I Feared, Red terror. Tanks 5 ft by 1.5ft. Unfortunately it's a community set up. So looks like its going back to the lfs. Shame as my photo doesn't do the little fellow justice. Pretty thing. How long before it becomes a nightmare?
