Thanks :)

ok no problem and thanks for the reply. What size do the Kenyi need to be for when they get mature and breeding state, as the yellow male kenyi is aggressive including with the blue one. Will it work if i take the blue and yellow kenyi out and then put them in after a while because it worked with the convicts when the male was attacking the female. I changed the gravel and the Convicts start breeding, i know the convicts are easy to brred though. Are the Kenyi easy to bread?
Thanks

Hi, it's a 32" tank however i am transfering them to a 4ft tank. I have got:
African tinanti congo cichlid (bottom dweller)
Albino cichlid
Johanni cichlid
Sucking loach
PLeco common
yellow lab
Kenyi 1 blue & 1 yellow
2 Pseudotropheus (blue)

I think if we took the 2 kenyi out which now i am thinking of doing, the blue johanni would be the most aggressive as he has had a really scrappy fight with the yellow kenyi and the yellow kenyi came out with bruzes over his body. If we didn't stop it then i think the Johanni would have won meaning even killed him, but now he just gets chased by the yellow kenyi lol. I don't know if you have heard of them or seen them but the congo tinanti cichlid we have is a bottom dweller and will never back off from a fight including when we had our convicts spawning. Basically he is a aggressive fish when needs to be however he has turned a bit more aggressive when other fish go near his cave. We used to have him in a community setup where he was peaceful in same tank before and since we need him a partner he was following around my 2 flying foxes as they swam the same a bit and looking a bit like him in shape wise. We are still looking for a female for him as we cannot find any more othewise his life span will go down. He is about 3.5" long.

The albino cichlid is the one that gets ragged the most which i am really concerned about him as he just hides upside down behind the filter and when he does come out just gets chased by every cichlid except the yellow lab and Pseudotropheus's. However when feeding time is best as they are all togetether with no aggression eating the food (bloodworm) including the albino.
