Chronic Anarexia In Albino Rainbow Shark

Hi all, I have had an albino rainbow shark who's been in my tank for some time now, he's quite big but this morning i noticed he wasnt really moving around, then i noiced 4 algae tablets, three days worth all though he generally eats some of the silver dollars' i gave him his daily portion, right under his nose, but he didnt eat. why is this happpening? all water parameters are fine enviroment is perfect he just suddenly stopped eating

Sounds like wasting disease. It is caused by internal parasites. I do not know what meds in the UK can be found. I use Flubendazole.
