Chopped Mussel?

OK, I've got some frozen chopped mussel for my brackish, Puffer tank.. but he doesn't seem too interested in it so i'm wandering, will the fish mentioned below be ok with it?

Head + Tail Tetra
Neon Tetra
Cherry Barb
Simease Fighter
Plec
Cory Cats
Platties

I don't want to put it in their tank and them not eat it!

Yes your other fish will love it, my platys and corys in particular really go for mussels
