Chocolate Chilli Cichild

Can anyone tell me about these? I'm picking up a tank tomorrow and its coming with a "chocolate chilli cichlid". Its about 9" long. I've never kept cichlids before, but I don't particularly want to start either. I want the tank for breeding other species in, so the cichlid will be up for sale. I don't know how much it'd be worth either. Can anyone offer any advice so I can keep it healthy in the meantime?

Not heard of a Chocolate Chilli Cichlid before but Chocolate Cichlids are large growing docile cichlids - they need big tanks but are generally quite calm if not a little grumpy at times but pretty chilled.
