Chest Bump

There is no redness and it kind of looks hard. But the fish cant eat food when it tries and it hangs out all the way at the top of the tank behind the filter now.

Is she gasping.
When a platy due to give birth she will hang around the top of the tank for a time and hide.
Plus they tend to be abit on the snappy side when there about to give birth.,chasing fish off.

Can we take a look at your water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

What do you feed your fish?
I was going to say try some peas but she not eating.
You cook frozen peas for a few minutes, let cool down, pop out of shell, mush between fingers into small bits, add to the tank.
What does it look when the fish goes to the toilet?

Now that I let her out of the isolation box, she now hangs around the bottom of the tank.

If she resting on the gravel not good.
If you can issolate her I would use a bacterial med, if you think she not pregnant..

Ok.
Its up to you if you treat her, but its best to use meds when you can issolate a fish, as the more you use meds the more the fish build an immunity up, so they no longer work.

She is panting a lot also. Since we dont know what she has, will she atleast live through the night since she isnt laying on the gravel?

Once breathing get heavier they dont make it, bacterial infections can make a fish heavy breath like parasites.
I woud isolate her to be honest.
