Cherry Shrimps

Hello

Can cherry shrimps survive and breed in low SG Brackish water about 1.005/7?

They are in a 260 Ltr tank with lots of cover, my GSP has been in with them a couple of weeks but does not seem Interested in them which I am most surprised about. The females have good colour so seem quite relaxed. I have bred a lot of them in the past but have moved to Brackish but would like to keep the shrimps if possible.

I've not got personal experience with keeping them in brackish water but i have read that they are ok with it. Cherrys are very adaptable shrimp so i think they will be fine.

I was told that shrimp breed better in brackish water but they might have been talking about a certain kind.

Will let you know how they get on if my GSP keeps being kind to them.
