it seems tiger shrimp are a marine animal, seems to be a food item. i found that out with a g??gle search. so that may be your best bet!
as for the ghost shrimp try this http://www.shrimpcrabsandcrayfish.co.uk/Sh...r.htm~mainFrame

Cherries are quite adaptable, if you have no tank mates that would eat the babies they should breed. Just about any fish except I think the tiny rasboras like merah (sp) and brigitte or ottos would eat them. The neons in your sig. would cause the adults to hide and the shrimplets would be eaten. As you are in a warm country you might need to keep the water cooler at about 24 to 27C any warmer and they will not do so well. Anything more than a five gallon and they should be able to breed even less you can have success. They like mosses in the tank or any plants they can graze, they don’t eat the plants. I haven’t kept tiger shrimp. There is a freshwater one that will breed in freshwater like cherries. I know someone who has had lots of success breeding them, at ph7 in a heavily planted ten gallon tank temp 24C. He puts Indian almond leaves (begins with K the other name) in the tank which should be easy to get in your part of the world. He says when he added the leaves the tigers started to breed.
