Cherry Shrimp

i think im fully stocked up on fish now in my 130L but i would like some shrimp of some sort i think if possible. i done a quick search of the forum but coldnt find anything particuarly helpful, and i guess everybodies tank is different. my fish are

1 small black angel
1 large syno
1 small syno
1 small sailfin plec
6 cory
4 red eye tetra
5 cherry barb
rusty plec
1 small headstander

i brought a piece of moss covered bogwood yesterday, and they'd look great sat on it. but if something in my tank is going to eat them, then its a no go.

Ignoring that everyone's going to scream:
"What syno species?"
and

"Sail fin plec, OMG datz wey 2 bigz fur ur tankz!"

I wouldn't put cherry shrimp munching past the angels, barbs and perhaps tetra.

Larger shrimp might stand a chance, such as amano shrimp or even rock shrimp if you like them.

i did suspect the angel might be a problem.

the large syno is featherfin i think, and the small one possibly cuckoo. the sailfin is only 3-4 inches. thanks for the advice on other shrimp, i shall investigate.

I would have thought the barbs will be fine, as well as the tetra (maybe) but i would think the angels will def have a spot of lunch

I twice put Cherry Shrimp in my community tank - and both times never saw them again.
They must have been in hiding absolutely terrified until hunteed down and chomped !

I now have a small colony in their own 25 Litre tank where they are breeding happily
and I can see them all the time

Mine got bullied by my danios and went into hiding, any sinking food i put in for the shrimp was taken over by the danios' boisterousness. The poor guys just went into hiding. They're in their own little tank now and are much happier.

I have some amano shrimp in with the danios and they don't take any cr*p from the fish!
