do shrimps require salty water? I've got cories that can't have any salt.

I have all of my shrimps in freshwater, no salt

Where are you based? If someone is local to you, I am sure you can pick them up cheaper

You will not find many cherry keepers who are not happy to give away, sell cheaply! They do breed rather a lot!
