Hey,
I have a 10g tank with 6 cherry shrimp. I have noticed with the algae on the glass that they are little “things.” everywhere on my glass. I’m wishing that they were shrimplets but maybe it’s too small. Now these things are covering my glass. And i’m hoping if you guys know what it is. Bc i did get some live plants from petco which they give out with water. I first saw them before but there were only a few and now the whole glass is covered. These guys have tails and some have two little “wings”. Some look a little red but i’m not sure. Thanks

Do they flick about on the glass?

They look like cyclops/ copepods.

When the time comes shrimplets look exactly like adults - only (much) smaller.

Yeah those are copepods/cyclops

Here is one of those under a microscope
