CHEESECAKE

Base

8 oz Digestive biscuits
2 oz Margarine
1 tbl spn Syrup

Top

1 pckt Dream Topping
8 oz Phillidelphia


METHOD

Base
Crumb the biscuits
Melt the marg and syrup together
Add together and mix well.
Put in to greased dish.
Place in fridge.

Top
Mix dream topping and Philidelphia together well.
Put on top of base.

Either place crushed pineapple on top or mix crushed pineapple through the topping or choose whatever fruit you like or even grate some chocolate over the top.

I think what ruthie77 is talking about is called "Dream Whip". It's a commercial whipped topping (like whipping cream, except it's not) you can find in the frozen foods section of grocery stores in N.A.
