E-bay. Or craigslist. Buy second hand for an even cheaper price.

That's where I got my 55 gallon for $30. It needs a good cleaning, but it holds water.

I am looking into resealing the silicone, because I don't know the age of the aquarium and I don't want the chance of 3 months from now a leak springing out.

Spader. I just noticed you live in Allentown... I live in Scranton (about an hour north of you)... DEFINITELY check Craigslist.com. There's always good deals on there. Search in the Philly and NYC sections, people are putting up used and new tanks at drasticaly cut prices daily.
