Chat's Dead?

Nobody is ever in chat anymore... I hope this site isn't dying like what happened to WWM. That would break my heart...

I recently returned to this site and noticed that the post count in general seems down in all areas. I think active membership is down, but that's just my opinion from remembering how active it was before. I don't have any actual stats!

This does appear to happen every once in a while. This forum does get busy and very quiet sometimes.
 
Possibly due to seasons or holidays sort of events, generally folks find it hard to find time during busy times in family life and work, school, colleges etc etc
 
Also the time zones for various members does effect chatroom as well.
 
I go into chat when I can, though admittedly I have not been into chat for a while, having a 9 month old baby takes ALL of your time
