I just moved 4 of my bettas to their new tank. They're all fine. Just exploring new territory. But now all of them look like that have chapped lips? white around their mouths. should i be concerned? please help!

Oh crap. White mouth usually means columnaris. Tank readings (ammonia/nitrite/nitrate) would be very useful. Is the white flaking or coming away? Any sign of finrot?

How big is the tank and what else is in it? Is it cycled? How did you acclimatise the new bettas and how long ago did you add them? How long have the other fish been in it?

Add salt about 1tsp/gallon (this will greatly slow down its progression, do this if there are only bettas in the tank) and see if you can get a photo. If it is columnaris it can be cured with tetracycline. Occasionally weak strains can be cured with salt, I've done it.

Sorry to bombard you with questions but the more information we have the easier it is to make a positive diagnosis and cure this ASAP - if it is columnaris it's curable if you catch it early but fatal if you don't.

no it's just a ltitle bit. they're fine and healthy. just swimmin around. they're pretty ahppy. the tank is cycled. i set it up this morning with some used mdia from one of my other aquariums.
it's 10 gallons. 2.5 for each betta. they're in dividers. and everything is new.

i checked the PH levels, they're good. ammonia is fine also.
i turned off my room light and stuck them in the cups i got them in into the water for 45 mins then i let them swim out on their own.

i'll try to get a photo for you.

Good they tend to be the more accurate than the strips.
where have you moved your betta to?

I know. Haha. I just recently started using them beacuse the test strips caused me to lose a gorgeous tiger oscar. It told me the ammonia level was lower than it really was. and ugh. depressing.

I moved all four bettas to individual 1.5 gallon glass containers that i use to put my females in, when breeding [:

thats a real shame.
those containers should be ok for a wee while until your tank has had time to cycle.
how long has it been since you started up your new tank?

Well around 7 or 8 this morning.
and it's almost 11 at night.
i put the fish in there about 45 minutes or an hour ago.
and the fish tank itself i just got last night along with the aquarium light. and the filter. I used the new filter on my cichlid tank though, and my cichild tank's filter to the bettas.
The decorations were all the ones I had in my old community tank. I just gave all of them a good rinsing, along with the gravel which i took some from my albino oscar's aquarium.

ok well when cycling a tank it takes 2-4weeks depends on size and whether you use mature filter media.

Well I've had that cichild filter for almost 6 months. and I just changed the carbon out every since month. I didn't change it out before I stuck it in the betta tank though.

My past experience It has only taken me no longer than a day until I put the fish in.
And I haven't had a single death from that.

Maybe I'm just too confident of myself.

yes maybe just a tad
i always leave a new tank atleast 3 weeks just to make sure i wont have any deaths.
