Change in color of one of my young black tetra

My yougest long finned black tetra has light black fins and just now one small part of his tail turned solid black. Is this a sickness or is his color just coming in?

Thanks never mind his whole tail color has come in that was it I guess I should have waited before comeing to conclusins.
