Ceramic Disk Or Ladder Diffuser

Which Diffuser should I get? Im getting about 4-6 BPS on day 1 of a home made yeast method co2 bottle.

I'll be getting it off ebay, would you recommend the ladder or the ceramic disk?

personally i like the glass diffuser, as you can see where the C02 is going. It does take a while for the C02 to start to diffuse with a ceramic and yeast, but it works well when diffusing.

how much are you paying for it?

I use the ladder difusser and have had no problems, also on the yeast method its cool watching the large bubbles turn into pinprick size by the time they reach the top.

under £10 on ebay they are. the ladders are much more expensive because they are coming from the US and thailand.

But the glass cerami diffusers i cant find one rated for my method, 2 of them say that it cant be used with DIY co2, and the nano glass diffuser cant be used with over 20 gals, and im at 100 Litre tank.

So its looking like ill have to get the expensive ladder?

the ceramics will work with yeast. Most will say for use with pressurised only.
