Centre Piece Fish For 30L

Hi all,
I looking to find a Centre piece fish for my 30l,
All the tank contains is about 16 Galaxy Rasbora and 2 Cardinal. It is heavily planted, and has a PH of around 6.5, I also use Co2 if that makes any difference.
So i ask you all to shout out your ideas?!
I'm open to any suggestions!
