Centerpiece Fish

I plan on having in my new tank, mainly platys and some mollies, maybe a few guppies and a plec or two.
I am thinking maybe have one or two little bit bigger fish as a centerpiece. Don't know what though.

My new tank is a 33gal and the height is 15"

Can I put a couple of dwarf gourami's in there?

My pearl gourami has been a beautiful centerpiece. They are the most peaceful of the gouramis and shouldn't give any of your other fish a hard time. The males have a beautiful orange belly.
