That red-tail looks weird, almost like a hybrid

It is not a hybrid. It's just a very old, full grown specimen.

How so? He looks good to me and in person he is a magnificient specimen. If you are suggesting that he has gotten bad care then you are mistaken. He is living at the New England aquarium, a place that is known for their amazing care and love for animals. awwwww look at him he looks so unhappy ,, he would be more happy living in my bath ,,

He is currently living in a tank with thousands of gallons of water, and he looks cramped in there. I doubt he would be any happier in yoir bathtub.
