Carpet Plant?

Ok so eventually I want to turn my 35L into a carpeted tank. The length is 50cm and it's 25cm in width.

I have hagen black gravel it's reasonably big.

I was just wondering which plant would suit this tank, and where I'd get it from.

Also I have about 2WPG.
