Nice bargain..Stick with zoas, yellow polyps, etc...pico zoa displays can be absolutely blinding!!!!
If wanting fish stick to pygmy gobies like the red splash, candycane,green banded, etc....if you can find them..pygmy dartfish could be stunning

stick to zoas, lr, polyps etc & maybe get some coral gobies and after a few months a mandarin, so stock could be;

1 coral goby

please tell me your joking, im all for keeping mandarins in nanos but a pico is taking it a bit far.

id personally skip on fish it will be easier to maintain. just go for critters like pompom crabs and sexy shrimp.
what lighting is on the tank? its very shallow so you will maybe find you get off with lps and maybe some sps(wouldnt bother with sps if you get fish as the bioload will be hard to deal with)

by coral gobies do you mean gobiodon okinawae, gobiodon histrio or gobiodon strangulatus?
as keeping two in a 40 litre tank isnt a very good idea...for a pair you need a mated pair and still a tank of 30 gallons minimum for the pair.

As for the manderin dragonet...IMO the tank is way to small to sustain a stable population of pods...and even with a colony going, what happens if the colony dies? it will starve.

IMO you need to rethink your stocking options...a clown goby on its own will be fine...or maybe a shrimp goby pair?

Dont want to start trouble,lol...but................
Have a hunt around, there are some amazing small gobies available now, as well a coral gobies. They seem very popular on here but dozens of stunning little gems are being overlooked in their preference...

ok ill look around

ooh love the yellow one
but doesnt the catalina goby need lower temps than most corals and shrimps
