Can't Post Anywhere?

Hi I cannot post anywhere I needed some answers to my questions and every time I try it's a pink screen and tells me I cannot post

Sorry I cant help you. Where were you trying to post? Though as far as i know you can post anywhere.
Are you familiar with forums or is this your first one?

I get these pink occassionaly. Just keep trying and they screen will refresh and then allow you to post.
