the last 3 fish i bought from petsmart had calamanus (red worm hanging from the behind) i suspect there corparte holding tanks are all infected... i also think all petsmarts hold teh same livestock IE: you get the same batch of fish on the east coast as i get onthe west (one of the employees told me this so im still sceptical 
)..... calamanus is an internal paracite thats hard to cure when you finaly start to see signs of it..... take the 4th one back.... buy one from a breeder....... the way i see it is if you going to get a big fish with a long life you shold pick one thats quality to start with......
the funny thing about this is that my BGK from petsmart has calamanus and is showing the same exact symptoms as your oscars did.......
look closely at teh anus of your current oscar and see if he has a very small red worm or even a fue hanging out.....
