Can't Find Post About Lighting - Wpg Vs Lumins/square Inch?

Hi Guys. I've just been searching for a post someone made on a thread. The post was talking about WPG vs the amount of lumins per square inch (I think) and how using this might be better on a nano sized tank.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for this sort of info?
