Can anyone tell me if there is a reputable online fish delivery site selling Bolivian Rams. PH of my tank os about 7.5 and so I don't want to get Blue/German/Gold Rams.

Help much appreciated.

Would the other Rams struggle in a alkaline Ph like mine?

Most stores know nothing about the proper ph conditions for their fish. I have 1 55g community tank with a ph of 7.5 that I keep blue and gold rams in. They do fine as long as you keep your nitrates below 10ppm. If you let your nitrates drift up they will die. They will not spawn under these conditions (alkaline ph) and if they do the fry will most likely not live.

All around our area, they sell Bolivians for $4 American (PetsMart and other stores)!

I think Bolivians would be fine in a pH of 7.5

its funny, for the past year i've gone nuts looking for them, and i couldn't find them any where

of course now that i don't really want them/can't put them in my tank, they're everywhere, petsmarts been getting them in every week (really healthy ones too), and the three fish shops i go to always have them now
