If i was to buy that kit could i change it to the large 5kg Extinguiser at a later date...

Im guessing it would be cheaper than getting refills all the time and also last longer !

Im guessing it would be cheapest just to get the main D&D kit with the disposable bottle once its used then move to Fire Extinguiser?

Yes might as well use the disposable first.
