Can You Use Medication In The Tank If You Have Babies In Their?

Hiya,

I have a Zebra Danio who is sick and hoping to treat with Interpet Anti Internal Bacteria BUT I have 5 baby Platys in the tank also (3 approx 2 months old, 2 approx 1 month old).

Is it ok to treat tank with medication if you have babies in their? I thought about seeing if I can take them out but I dont think I got any chance of catching them as they zoom and go into hiding.

Grateful for any help please.

iv got loads a babies an if 1 of my fish is sick i'll put medication in,anyway if you treat it and they do die ,i'll replace the 5 platys as long as you collect

Fingers crossed for babies, lets hope they survive,I hate the thought of killing them, kind of you to offer Platys though, thank you.
