The cubes are way to big for my tank (especially as I only feed it to my 2 African Dwarf Frogs) and it seems a waste of money to throw half of it away.
 
Cut them into 4 with a sharp knife. That's what I do for my puffs. Rest the cube of a paper bag or such to stop it slipping when you chop it up :D
 
Thanks for that... did think about that but got a bit grossed out by it.. maybe i'll buy a special sharp knife just for the frogs!
 
Just watch your fingers :lol: Wear gloves if it really freaks you out, and do a batch in one go and keep them in the freezer all ready.
 
As said before, I would suggest cutting them into smaller pieces with a sharp knife. I wouldn't suggest thawing and then refreezing the food. Yes, you could go quite awhile with nothing bad happening, but it's not a risk I would take myself.
