Can you keep crabs and shrimp together ?

i have 2 red claw crabs by themselves, but was wanting them in my community tank, but, i have 2 red spotted (?) shrimps in there already.
would it be ok to mix them, or would it be an easy meal for the crabs /

Anything that shares the same area as the crabs can become food

Crabs need to be housed by themselves. They will go after everyone else in the tank if not by themselves. As far as the shrimp go can we say dinner...Rose 8)
