Can you help identify Floating green spots from plants?

Hi all! Just fishin’ . I saw these in my tank with my betta and 8 pet shrimp and was wondering what it was! They appear to be hanging from the plant like ornaments

The photo is not sharp enough, but they look like Planaria, flat worms to me. I don't think they are particularly bad or good. Don't know much about what it means if they are in a tank.

My friend said it was poopy. I just thought it was weird it was floating
