I am new to plants -- real plants.  Decided to try some easy low tech ones, see how it goes.  I picked up some small plant snippets yesterday from someone who was closing down all her tanks.  She did tell me which was what, but I've got them mixed up!  Supposedly, I have anubias, subwassertang, java, and crypts.

I know this is anubias on a rock.

Better pic:

OK so what are these two, I'll call this Photo A.  Long spikey leaves in back, and immediately in front of that, a broad leaf something or other.

Photo B.  Here is something ferny looking, it is floating.  Sorry about the flash reflection.

Photo C.  There is a mess of something which I think is the subwassertang, far left.

Photo D.  This is a tiny piece of something, I think anubias, I set it in the decoration because it kept floating off.

Here is how my tank looks today:

I've got 2 moss balls, and 2 mystery snails, one is gold and one is blue. You can see them in the photo above, the gold one is on the front glass, far right, the blue one is on the right side glass.  The 10 rummy nose (H. bleheri) so graceful, I enjoy watching them.  I am having trouble finding a place which can get the other 2 fish varieties I want: lamb chop rasboras (Trigonostigma espei), and three - striped corys (Corydoras Trilineatus).

I think your first pic is anubias petite and the broad leafed plant in photo A looks like anubias nana.
The spiky one in photo A is Narrow Leaf java fern.
Photo B looks like hornwort to me.
Photo C is definitely a liverwort so subwassertang sounds right.
Photo D I can't tell.

None of them look like crypts to me so I may be wrong!

Great, thanks!  Now I can start researching what the heck I'm supposed to do with them, lol.
