Can this be safely used for bettas as a Water conditioner?
ETA: If so how much for a one gallon, because it says the amount for 5 gallons..?

The key word is "safely", and I personally wouldn't use it. Nothing beats clean water.

I would also say no, just because in the description it says "Do not use in aquariums with low oxygen conditions; aeration with an airstone is highly recommended. " and I know all of my smaller tanks do not have airstones, as my fish hate them.

Thanks, everyone . I'm thinking of switching to diluted water. Just have to find some jugs to keep the water in.
