i got some plant bulbs was wondering if i could put them in my tank with the mollies platties and oto. they are waterlily( Nymphaea lotus green) Onion( crinum thaianum) and Aponogeton (Aponogeton Ulvaceus) please let me know if they are compatible with my fish. Thanks for the help. FYI i did get them from a pet store is the TOP FIN assorted Live Pant Bulbs...

Yes, they're all fairly easy plants and will be fine with your fish.

Thank you i read that the waterlily and onion get really big so im thinking not to do those. Ill stick with the aponogeton. one more question would it be ok to stick them in when my tank isnt fully cycled?

If it's a fish-in cycle, yes, it's fine to add plants; they may help keep the ammonia down slightly.

Fishless cycles are better done plantless, as then yuo can keep the lights off and not encourage too much algae, which likes light and ammonia.
